Your Part-Time CPO was founded in the belief that all organizations can benefit from experienced HR professionals. When you work with us, you get a team of HR experts who take the work off your plate so you can focus on your business.
Your Part-Time CPO leverages 20+ years of experience in a variety of settings, from startups to Fortune 1000 companies, giving us a unique skill set to help other organizations grow, adapt, and achieve their full potential.
Your Part-Time CPO fills the role of a HR leader for companies with no People function or a small team of HR professionals, offering a level of HR expertise that they are not ready to hire on a full-time basis. As entrepreneurs ourselves, we offer scalable services with a variety of pricing structures - project-based, monthly retainer, hourly - to match the specific needs of your business.
We know startups – we are one and have led People functions in several others. Our HR services are tailored to early stage companies looking to develop their people strategies, build out a HR tech stack, optimize OKR/goal processes, design performance management and engagement survey programs, or establish fair and equitable compensation practices.
With Your Part-Time CPO, you'll work with an advisor who understands the HR needs for your organization and growth stage. We’ll help you set up your People programs for success and scale, resulting in solutions that are tailored for your context and specific objectives.
We're a team of Ph.D-level I/O Psychologists with deep expertise in the research and practice of human psychology. Combining rigor and pragmatism, our team will partner with you to ensure you have the right People programs in place to enable your organization and the people in it to thrive.
Designed for small to medium-sized companies with a small (or no) People team, we provide your organization with an experienced HR leader on a flexible basis to assist with everything from overseeing your entire People function to helping you design and implement specific people programs and practices to enhance your employee experience and fuel your organization's growth.
New People programs are born every day, but many of them fail to yield desired outcomes. To ensure the success of our customers' People programs, we start every engagement with discovery. We believe the best way to get started is to understand what your organization truly needs. This step helps us to learn your business context, your goals, and the unique challenges you face. Understanding where you are today and your goals for the future helps us to deliver the outcomes you expect and ensure your success.
